We’ve been here many times since moving to Cape Coral. They are thorough, always on time when you schedule your work and above all, honest. For the second time, I’ve gone to them and they have been honest and nice enough to tell me that it’s still covered by my drive train warranty and even called Buick to verify that.

Premier Auto Service is amazing! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. The work quick and the staff is very friendly. Marisa was so helpful and walked us through the entire process and answered all questions that we had. If you need work on your car, bring it here!!

Went in to get a quote on a exhaust manifold replaced would not give me a quote but wanted to charge me to look at my vehicle then give me a quote even thought I seen were my exhaust manifold is cracked :( any other shop would have gave me a price

We are sorry you feel this way, Keith. You are right, we do not give quotes with out looking at the vehicle first. Like you would see in a doctor's office, we need to do a full examination to find the core issues of what's going on with your vehicle before we can give you a solid plan about how we intend to fix it. We don't take shortcuts here. Our pricing reflects our extra value, care, and nationwide warranty.
