Oh no! I thought this shop would be honest and fair. I took it in for a tune up (regular fluids replacement and change the spark plugs). They damaged the AC lines which created a horrible noise. The noise was noticeable immediately when I picked up the car. They couldn't find the issue when I brought it back to them numerous times. They finally determined someone cut the line. They wouldn't fix it (they were the only one working on it). I'm so bummed!!!!!! $2600 out of my pocket because of their mistake. Their insurance doesn't pay for mistakes they make. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!! Hope no one is hit by this shop in the future.

We are sorry you feel this way, Dan. You were here twice: once in April 2020 and in September 2021. In September, your A/C work was done and it fixed the noise you've had since April 2020. We believe that your vehicle is aging, and it is showing normal wear and tear of an older vehicle that has nothing to do with our previous work back in 2020. Our warranty is great and we would cover the repair, but your issue has nothing to do with the work performed. We wish you the best and safe travels.
