Premier is who I trust with my car service always. Their shop and wait room are clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and every service I have had done is always done with excellence.

I was most impressed with the exacting service I received to my Toyota Tundra. All of the fluids were checked as needed and refilled with new fluids. Good for another 30,000 miles. Excellent service and most friendly and helpful staff.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE I would have thought that if this organization had so many positive reviews, they would appreciate a chance to correct a situation gone terribly wrong. They seem to have this great polite dialog to address issues with their customers this is far from what happened to me. I dropped the car off and then spoke to them on the phone about the brake job. They told me that the front and rear brake pads were low and are candidates to be replaced. When I was given the price of $1100 for a 2008 Hyundai Sonata, I was shocked, to say the least. They told me when I asked if the brake rotors could be resurfaced which has been the case for at least 40 years that I know of they told me “it is not done in the their shop”. I reluctantly agreed to let them do the front although it was a much larger amount than I was expecting to spend. When I asked my dealer about this while discussing another vehicle with them they said that they of course resurface and the front or back would be $350! I always would have assumed a dealer to be more expensive I won't make that assumption again. Also that the resurfacing was still normal practice. You should know this shop has no consideration at all for what it costs you for the repair, all they care about is extracting as much money from you as possible! I tried to bring this to their attention after I spoke to the dealership but when I called to give them the benefit of the doubt over my concern, and they just tried to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about regarding my brakes that I had done years past. It is not great to insult someone that way and not a good business model. Sorry I will never go back there again. You should think twice before they take advantage of you as well.

Replaced motor mounts.

Nice people. Just went to put air in my tire and they didn't charge me...just tipped them.

Wish I found them sooner. Great staff, awesome service! I have several vehicles for my company that I know are in great hands when I need something done.

I have never had a positive experience with a auto repair shop until I called them they were so professional . Marissa explained my warranty information got a rental set up for me and the car was done earlier that the date given my fiancé picked up my car and asked for it to be put on the lift so he can check the work, and he told me they did a great job ..I would highly recommend them !!
