MAY 2023: Update! I had problems with my AC. Again, received exceptional care! Carlos helped me efficiently and has a great sense of humor as a huge plus. He called my warranty provider and made all arrangements with them for coverage, ordered parts and got them in next day, and provided me with a ride home! Absolutely would recommend Premiere Auto for ALL of your maintenance /repair needs! MAY 2022: While making my appointment, the person was very polite and scheduled me right away. Marcos checked me quickly and was very courteous, professional with a good sense of humor. He told me how long it was going to take, and it was exactly correct. They didn’t try to “up sell” me. What I came in there for, was what I got. They provided a checklist and status of fluids, filters etc to let me know what I may need they next visit. I will absolutely be going back!

Randy was very knowledgeable and personable. He gave me a quote and a time frame for the repairs on my toyota. All work was done timely and for the quoted amount. Found them to be fast,friendly, and fair and will definately be back.

I'm sorry I didnt do this earlier! Had a long trip from NC and my car broke down. Friday afternoon. Easter weekend. Told me would be ready by Tuesday (I'm thinking, no way -- for what they had to do) Got a call Tuesday that it was ready!! Thanks everyone! Made a rough time bearable!!!!
