This is our second experience and it was a good one just like the first. Got a couple of new tires, routine maintenance, alignment, and all was done in a professional and timely manner. Chad and the team were very friendly and kept me posted on the progress of the vehicle. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Premiere Auto in Cape Coral.

Went in to get a headlight replaced, told me it would take about 20 mins and it ending up only taking about 5 minutes! Highly recommend

First of all I agree with the other reviews that they are very friendly. My disappointment came when I brought my Audi in for a coolant leak. When I called, and dropped the vehicle off, I gave them all the information I had on the issue and the car. At no time did they tell me they can’t fix Audis. So, they take a look at the car then call and tell me they can’t see the leak because of its location and that I need to take it to a different mechanic. Yet they still charged me to look over the car. I felt that was unprofessional. They should of been upfront like other mechanics about whether they had the tools, or the experienced technicians, to work on German vehicles. They didn’t and it cost me.

Thanks for the review. We were hoping it was going to be a simple fix, but after removing all of the under covers to locate the leak, we were not able to locate the leak in a timely manner. We did not want to disable your vehicle and then tell you we were not able to repair the leak because of vehicle design.

They performed a 4 wheel alignment. I dropped my car off and it was ready for pickup in 2 or 3 hours. Great people and service. I will definitely use them for other services for my cars.

Timing belt replacement for Honda. Better price and more convenient than dealer. Liked that the quoted price included all components with no surprises when I picked it up. Took the car and finished the car when they promised.

Fantastic Experience, all work was done between late morning and afternoon, I'd say it was done well within reasonable time considering all the work that was done, would definitely recommend then and would return again for any other vehicle services I may require.
