The History Behind Premier Auto Service Center

Emile and Jocelyne Dauphinais have always loved cars – it's been a lifelong passion of theirs. Their adventure together kicked off when Jocelyne bought a used car from Emile's boss way back when. At the time, she didn't know it needed fixing up. Emile stepped in, worked his magic on that first car, and has been the family mechanic ever since.

As time went on, they didn't just grow their family; they also built two successful auto repair shops, first in North Carolina and then in sunny Florida. So, what's their secret sauce? It's simple – making sure everyone who walks into their shop leaves with a smile. For Emile and Jocelyne, it's not just about fixing cars; it's about creating a positive experience for everyone.

The team believes in treating each customer like family, and that philosophy has been the driving force behind their success. From a chance encounter with a used car to running thriving auto repair spots, their story is all about turning everyday moments into something special.

Meet Our Team

Chad - Service Manager & Lead Service Advisor

We are thrilled to have Chad back with us, Emile and Jocelyne’s oldest son. Starting as a lube tech in 2013, Chad's journey within Premier Auto has been nothing short of remarkable. In 2016, he transitioned to a Service Advisor role and, in 2020, stepped into the position of Lead Service Advisor. Not stopping there, in 2022, Chad proudly assumed the role of Service Manager, showcasing his dedication to continuous growth. Holding an ASE - C1 certificate, Chad's expertise ensures your vehicle receives the care it deserves.

Andy - Technician Manager & Master ASE Technician

Joining our team in January 2021, Andy brings over 20 years of invaluable experience as a Master ASE Technician. With a passion for customer service, you'll often find Andy greeting and assisting customers, both over the phone and in person. Recognizing his skills, Andy became our Technician Manager in 2022. Holding an ASE – C1 certificate and completing a 30-hour EV training in the same year, Andy stays ahead in the ever-evolving automotive landscape.

Paul - ASE Technician & Spanish Communication Specialist

Since September 2021, Paul has been a key asset to our team. With over 15 years of experience as an ASE Technician, Paul not only excels in technical expertise but also plays a vital role in communicating with our Spanish-speaking customers. His passion lies in understanding and addressing the intricate electrical systems of vehicles.

Randy  - Service Advisors Extraordinaire

Joining our team in March 2022, Randy has worked as a manager in different industries and has a love for cars. He has quickly become an indispensable Service Advisor. Both Randy and Carlos contribute to the seamless experience we offer to our valued customers.

Carlos - Service Advisors Extraordinaire

Joining our team in September 2022, bringing over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry at dealerships and family owned shops like ours as a manager and service advisor. Carlos has become an indispensable Service Advisor. Both Randy and Carlos contribute to the seamless experience we offer to our valued customers.

Benny - Technician

Welcome John to our team in May 2024, he comes to us with several years experience in the automotive field working at dealerships and shops like ours.

Jocelyne - Financial Maestro & Community Connector
