It is the worst place I have ever been in my life. I paid for an oil change and a diagnosis of the air conditioning that worked well but I wanted to add a cooler. It turns out that coming out of the dealer the air didn't work anymore just hot air and with a sound as if it was perforated. I have to go find another mechanic because I don't trust this company and I will never come back here again.

Hi, Zaritma. We are sorry your experience was stressful. Your father brought your vehicle in for Oil service and an AC/Check. The oil service went smooth, and we itemized the important things your A/C system needed. Your A/C system was functional, but it needed a couple of things to perform at peak capacity and ensure proper cooling. Specifically, your vehicle needed filters and an A/C recharge, as the system was low on Freon. We did reach out and ask if you would like us to perform these actions, which we are more than happy to do, but those services were declined. Again, we are sorry this has been a stressful experience for you; we completely understand the burden that auto repair places on a person. Please feel free to reach out at any time; we are here to help and want to make sure we answer any questions you might have. I had an immediate issue with a butchered wiring job in the dash of my recently purchased, used Jeep. These guys got me in quickly! Everything, including cost was discussed up front, when they were able to pinpoint my problem, I was called with repair options. Their pricing was very fair, the service was Excellent and the entire operation was very professional! Great shop! Highly recommend!!
