First of all I brought my 2011 mini to them for a check engine light they tested it and did some research and found out the problem was a high pressure fuel pump. After going above and beyond they found out that the mini dealership would replace it for free warranty items. That saved me 1200.00 who does that? Outstanding they get all my business now. Just took my Tacoma in for a oil change and tire rotation what an professional job. Very pleased with the service here and will recommend them to everyone. Thanks again Bill

I took my 2011 mini to them for a check engine light. After testing it turns out it was a bad high pressure fuel pump. Expensive right, not so fast they called the mini dealership come to find out mini has had problems with the fuel pumps and it was covered under warranty. They called me and told me to take the car to mini for replacement. Doing that going above and beyond saved me 1200.00. Who does that? So today I took my Tacoma in to them for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was outstanding you couldn’t ask for a more professional group of people. They will get all of my business. We started bringing our 2009 Focus in to Premier for servicing as soon as they opened, and continued to do so when we got the 2013 model. The customer service is ALWAYS cheerful and professional, the work is done in a timely manner, and you never feel like you're being pressured into spending money you don't need to. They treat all their customers with respect, and take the time to explain things... Actually, one of the things I like most about Premier is that the folks who work there seem to enjoy their work and each other: that's precious.

Engine light came on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler sport...they got to it right away and called me with the problem. They also said that I needed to get new shocks in the future as they were quite worn out. Since we bought the 14 yr old Jeep and knew the previous owner hadn’t done much upkeep, we had them go ahead. The tech had the day off, but came in anyways to help get the rusted bolts drilled out and new shocks installed!
