Took my truck in for a oil change at the end of the day .. they discovered I had a serious leak with my rack and pinion. ( stopped being a shade tree mechanic years ago) I wasn’t sure exactly what they were talking about but they showed me the issue. The thing that is so impressive is I use my truck daily to make my living. I had a important meeting that I didn’t want to miss the next day. I told Gene my issue and he really got after it. Long story short. They fixed my issue in plenty of time to make my appointment. They even came and picked me up at my house ... Emile, ( the owner) was driving the car!!! Awesome customer service!!! Thanks guys!!!

Staff was helpful and friendly! It was easy to make an appointment and get in right away. On two different visits, tire issues and an oil change, service was quick!

Had a gentlemen named Gene that waited on me and had a positive and welcoming attitude .he took the time to explain things to me and i left knowing my car was safe to drive .i was and still am very satisfied with this business. I was able to meet a kind lady in the waiting area that helped with my bill of being short of $4.00 (by the way the wait time was conveniently short ) my day started bad and as soon as i got to premier auto services it turned my whole morning around .nothing but good positive energy entering and leaving ! Premier's workers are professional and courteous. They keep their appointments and do a wonderful job.

This was a really great experience. I am from out of state and it was great to find this place where I could feel comfortable and know I was getting quality service. There were other regular customers in at the same time and I could see they had a positive experience as well and that made me feel really comfortable. These guys are real professionals they make appointments and they actually keep the appointments. When they found something else that needed to be done they showed it to me first and let me make a decision about what to do. I am definitely going back when I come back next year.
