Just moved to the Cape Coral area and took my 2018 Ram 1500 here for an oil change, Gene was very nice and honest and didn't try to upsell or overcharge you for something like most places try to do. Oil change only took 30minutes and they were pretty busy. Everyone should take their vehicle to SW premier Auto!!!!

Took my truck in for a oil change at the end of the day .. they discovered I had a serious leak with my rack and pinion. ( stopped being a shade tree mechanic years ago) I wasn’t sure exactly what they were talking about but they showed me the issue. The thing that is so impressive is I use my truck daily to make my living. I had a important meeting that I didn’t want to miss the next day. I told Gene my issue and he really got after it. Long story short. They fixed my issue in plenty of time to make my appointment. They even came and picked me up at my house ... Emile, ( the owner) was driving the car!!! Awesome customer service!!! Thanks guys!!!

Staff was helpful and friendly! It was easy to make an appointment and get in right away. On two different visits, tire issues and an oil change, service was quick!
