I was given a price to repair my GMC fuel control unit. Then the price went up by $125 because the box had to be flashed. I already knew that, and took it to an ASE certified mechanic because I couldn’t do it myself. I would have thought they would know that before giving me the first price. Then they had the nerve to add $35.00 for shop supplies. Not happy at all.

I just moved to Cape Coral 7 months ago. I found Premeir Auto service on the internet, read their ratings and took my Vehicle to have it repaired. I was impressed with their prompt service, friendliness and professionalism as soon as I walked through the door. They repaired my vehicle the same day and I was especially impressed with the drop off....pick up service they provide if you do not want to wait at their shop while your vehicle is being repaired. It's Family owned and operated and I believe that is why you get exceptional service. I highly recommend Premier and they now will be a regular customer. I give Premier a 5 star rating!

Gene was tremendous helping me out from an emergency situation. My Fod Expedition died on me on the roadside and I towed it to Premier Auto Service. Not expecting to get my car back until a week later, I was pleasantly surprised to hear my car was ready for pickup later on in the day. Honesty & Expedite service unparalleled to others, you can’t beat that!

Whatever you do not take your car to this place they are extremely over priced for simple repairs, just the diagnose will cost you 188 and they will take over 3 hours just to see what's wrong with your car that has a simple problem that can be fixed by any othet shop for half the cost including parts. They are not caring if you are stranded and will not negotiate prices either. I regret ever coming to this place everytime I pass their shop it infuriates me how they get away with taking advantage of people. Please do not waste your time and money coming here.

Something went wrong with this place. I previously had great service with Premier but something changed and not in a good way. I brought my car in for service and they had the wrong time scheduled, they said I needed some work on the front end and quoted me a price and I said Ok. They told me to bring back the car back in a few days and I did. They called me back and they told me it would be a much bigger job and the cost would be $1,200 more than they quoted. How does that happen? I took the car and will never go back

Great service. Honest, reliable and knowledgeable. We have been taking our vehicles here since 2012 for oil changes. We recently had an oil filter installed. The workers and staff are polite and considerate, we would highly recommend premier auto and Chiquita Boulevard.
