Manager is very kind and generous. We called an explained our situation and he had us come in right away so that our 5kids( 1yr-12yr old) didn’t have to suffer in the heat. To start off He helped us out by not charging us a fee ($50) to see wat was wrong wit our a/c and filled our oil up for free just so that he knew we would make it back home (since we were on vacation from Indiana)... And even offered to check out the vehicle for free before we lheaded back home (2 days after fixing the a/c)... Friendly and amazing people work here, I would recommend this place to anyone anytime they need their vehicle worked on.

Overcharged on BMW brake parts. Thought I could trust them since I lived in the vicinity but they got me. Not going back.

We were looking for an ASE-certified auto repair shop and found Premier online. We had an oil change and check up done and our experience was positive. The prices were reasonable and Gene and Will took the time to explain their recommendations. We will return for other service work

Was vacationing had a problem with cooling system. They tested it twice found nothing wrong now we can go back to Virginia with piece of mind. Thank you Chad and the rest of the gang at Premier Auto.

Premier auto service has the correct name. They are Premier!!! Always friendly, always courteous, accommodating and very knowledgeable. They are top notch and will not go anywhere else for my repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend these guys!
