Had a gentlemen named Gene that waited on me and had a positive and welcoming attitude .he took the time to explain things to me and i left knowing my car was safe to drive .i was and still am very satisfied with this business. I was able to meet a kind lady in the waiting area that helped with my bill of being short of $4.00 (by the way the wait time was conveniently short ) my day started bad and as soon as i got to premier auto services it turned my whole morning around .nothing but good positive energy entering and leaving ! This was a really great experience. I am from out of state and it was great to find this place where I could feel comfortable and know I was getting quality service. There were other regular customers in at the same time and I could see they had a positive experience as well and that made me feel really comfortable. These guys are real professionals they make appointments and they actually keep the appointments. When they found something else that needed to be done they showed it to me first and let me make a decision about what to do. I am definitely going back when I come back next year. Finally a reputable automotive service company in Cape Coral the place is immaculate from the bathrooms to the service stalls the service writers are polite and very informative they give you all your options and do not pressure you I could not ask for anything better of the service that I got they by far on my new company to go to for all my auto needs.
