I had a thermostat issue. I called Premier, and they were able to get my Mini Cooper S in and diagnosed, AND repaired in the same day. My appointment was at 1p, and my car was pulled into the bay at 1pm! The Shop is very clean, staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Even offering me a shuttle home! This is my first experience with Premier. It most assuredly will not be my last. I highly recommend them.

Just went there today. My check engine light was first flashing then steady on. They told me they have to read OBDII to tell whats wrong. After entering all my data to their system he told me it would be at least $59 for 30min. maybe $118 for 1hr.??? That's a bit much for just a 5min. OBDII read! I left this "premier wallet service center" immediately... Well, NO recommendation from me...

They explained everything in detail prior to preforming the repair. Told the cost of the repair prior to performing the repairs.
