More than excellent !! Crew, Service, Prices, these people do all of our maintenance on our vehicle. Honest and do what is needed when it's needed Never overcharge or do work that isn't necessary. We truly feel very good bringing our Jeep to Premier Auto Service !! 10 Star Quality !!!

Great service on my VW. I don’t trust most places that say they can work on VW’s but PAS have a great VW mechanic. Car was clean, no hand prints anywhere after service was complete. Will definitely be back when service is needed.

This is a very shady shop, in my constitutionally protected opinion. Gene and Kathy, in my opinion, are third rate losers and bait and switch artists. They also badmouthed Firestone on Skyline. Gene conveniently omitted a shop fee in the fixed price quoted during our telephone conversation and then try to nickel and dime me with it (a shop fee) in store. It’s simple, BE HONEST, and quote the fixed, “out the door fee” at the time the price is given during the telephone inquiry and stick to it WITHOUT any ATTITUDE at the time I show up for service. I never had the requested service done and left the store. Remember, the customer is always right, except at Premier Auto. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO (0) STARS, WOULD. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL LOSERS. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE. STAY WAY FROM PREMIER AUTO.

I am sorry Eric, that you had a bad experience at Premier Auto Service Center. As for Gene and Jamie being unprofessional, it is very unlikely, but I will consult with them. Owner Emile D.

I was experiencing electrical problems with my mini cooper....I had taken it to 3 shops including the mini dealership before I found Premier Auto Service. After paying for 3 diagnostics and not happy with the findings, Premier was the last resort, if they couldn't find the problem I would have to junk the car. Well Premier Auto Service did not give up!! They took it as a challenge to find the problem...after a week of trying everything possible, they found the problem!! Premier Auto Service saved my mini cooper and bought it back to life!! I am so appreciative of all their efforts and my mini will only be serviced at Premier Auto Service...thank you!!

Amazing! I brought my son's 1993 Cadillac in for some work and was expecting to spend thousands! Jamie recommended only what needed to be done, keeping my cost in mind. The car runs great now:-) Jamie is the absolute best!!!!!!!!
