Worst alignment experience I’ve ever had. Requested certain specs and only delivered on half of what I wanted. Damaged all 4 wheels during the tire change. Technician used vice grips in lieu of the correct tool for adjusting steering rack. Removed wheel weights and didn’t bother to remove adhesive from previous weights. If you want a job done right take your car elsewhere. To the owner of this business: if you would like to contact me I will fill you in on the details of this review. Here is my review: Professional and exceptional from my phone call received by Drew then Jackie arranging the Sevice ticket. Very friendly and personable. Pricing was very fair. I would definitely use their Sevice again. My 2 vans were serviced and when I picked them up the vehicles were handed back in perfect order. 10 out of 10. My only issue is that my tires needed balancing on one van and it seemed to be better then it was but not as good as I thought it should have been, I was traveling 950 miles back home and experienced some shaking.Being from Canada I did have my snow tires on which may have been a factor.
