Excellent service from Gene and the Team. We are traveling from out of state and had a brake system issue. We contacted Premier through the NAPA AutoCare website - and were treated like family - repair completed in timely fashion. Excellent work. Thanks for such a great experience.

Gene took my vehicle in as Carmax was overbooked with repairs and accepts the extended warranty policy of Carmax. He diagnosed our problems which to our delight were covered by the warranty. This entailed replacing the transmission and front axel which everyone knows is quite costly. The repairs were done in a few days and we had our car back within a short time. Also, they offer a 10% discount to veterans on repairs. As a veteran, that’s awesome. Best of all, the shop is a short distance from our home. I’ve found a new shop for our automotive service. Great job!

Worst alignment experience I’ve ever had. Requested certain specs and only delivered on half of what I wanted. Damaged all 4 wheels during the tire change. Technician used vice grips in lieu of the correct tool for adjusting steering rack. Removed wheel weights and didn’t bother to remove adhesive from previous weights. If you want a job done right take your car elsewhere. To the owner of this business: if you would like to contact me I will fill you in on the details of this review.
