I needed a brake job due to the fact my brakes were down to metal on metal. I called Gene and told him my problem and I needed the car asap. Gene told me to bring the car in the next day as early as possible and they would do a free brake inspection and tell me what was needed. I brought the car in and was told exactly what was wrong and what it would cost. I agreed on the price and the car was repaired by 12 noon good service good job.

I was just traveling through the Cape Coral area and the staff there were super accommodating got my car fixed quickly without an appointment the staff and mechanics are an A++

The staff was extremely professional and the service ran like clockwork. In true form it was only recommended for services that it needed. I brought the vehicle in for the brakes to be checked,, and their analysis was the brakes still had plenty of life so their honesty is applauded!

Omg! What can I say, I was in such a bind with my car,not being able to drive it. Not many places here work on Saabs, but they do, I called had car towed and next day it was ready. Very dependable, very concerned for my safety. Never a problem about asking questions. I would recomend them highly. So friendly.

Gene took my vehicle in as Carmax was overbooked with repairs and accepts the extended warranty policy of Carmax. He diagnosed our problems which to our delight were covered by the warranty. This entailed replacing the transmission and front axel which everyone knows is quite costly. The repairs were done in a few days and we had our car back within a short time. Also, they offer a 10% discount to veterans on repairs. As a veteran, that’s awesome. Best of all, the shop is a short distance from our home. I’ve found a new shop for our automotive service. Great job!
