I have never had such phenomenal service from an auto shop. I had been there several months ago in July for new brakes on my truck. Now it’s December and I need ball joints so I return. They fixed my ball joints and then called me to explain my brakes were already going bad. They said I should leave the truck for a few more hours while they fix the brakes and that it will be at no cost to me whatsoever because it is all under warranty including labor! Many other shops would just wait until that warranty ran out so they could get full price when you come in a year later. Not these guys! It’s nice to know I can go to a shop that I can trust and is out for my best interests.

I own 3 vehicles including a large SUV. We have had oil changes completed in all 3 vehicles. This appears to be family owned business and I Love the welcoming from Jamie and how willing they are to accommodate us. I support this business and recommend. I tried to do a yelp review also but it did not register.

By far the best mechanic shop I’ve visited in SWFL. I was hesitant to bring my Lexus anywhere else besides the dealer but someone recommended these guys. They are super helpful, very knowledgeable and amazing customer service, also great prices! Only bringing my car here from now on, worth the 30 minute drive from Fort Myers!

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Premier Auto Service. It was a great experience. From the first phone call to the pick up. Gene is top notch Customer Service. Treats customers with respect, upfront about costs, and respectful of time. The place is extremely clean and welcoming. I will be going back and will recommend to friends and family....but my only family who lives close by already goes here LOL :-) Thanks guys for being one of the trustworthy auto shops in Cape Coral!

Had a tire I needed patched. At 4pm I called to see if they could get me in before they close at 6:00. They were able to look at it and determine it wasn’t patchable. They put on my spare so I could get on the road, gave me a quote for new tires, and didn’t charge me anything.
