I have used this firm for car repair since we moved here from Chicago in 2016. Gene and Jamie, et. al. provide user friendly service, competent auto repair, and an exceptionally elite customer-centric manner. Here is my review: Professional and exceptional from my phone call received by Drew then Jackie arranging the Sevice ticket. Very friendly and personable. Pricing was very fair. I would definitely use their Sevice again. My 2 vans were serviced and when I picked them up the vehicles were handed back in perfect order. 10 out of 10. My only issue is that my tires needed balancing on one van and it seemed to be better then it was but not as good as I thought it should have been, I was traveling 950 miles back home and experienced some shaking.Being from Canada I did have my snow tires on which may have been a factor. You folks have done it again! That's right! We've stayed in Cape Coral for 10 "Seasons" and have mostly used Premier Auto for our vehicle needs. Oil changes, all filters and tire needs are done on time and to our satisfaction. Just lately when a front end issue arose on my 30 year old Chrysler T C by Maserati, the Premier service techs detected just 3 tire needs that needed correcting. Here I was thinking I'd need a whole front end alignment or other serious fix but nope, only some wheel balancing. Thanks to Gene in the office and the dedicated technicians in the "bays", I'm happily now "Back on the Road Again".

Premier Auto Service Center renewed our belief in Santa Claus! We are retired snow birds from Canada staying 3 months in Cape Coral. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Premier Auto Service Center. Our vehicle is a standard and last Thursday we experienced sudden issues with what we thought could be our clutch. We called AAA for a tow and recommended garage. Premier Auto Service Center was one of the garages recommended. However, based on the recommendation of the tow truck driver, we had our vehicle towed to a different garage. The next morning we spoke with the garage the tow truck driver had recommended. After doing a diagnostic, they told us we needed a complete new clutch and they weren't sure if the transmission may also require repair. They wouldn't know until they had the clutch out. We had a short time frame to have the repairs completed and they were not going to be able to accommodate us because they could not get parts for our vehicle for at least a week. Their quote was $2,350 plus taxes plus any additional shop fees. We weren't comfortable with their diagnosis and decided to contact Premier Auto Service Center, the AAA recommended garage. After explaining the situation to the service manager, Gene, he quoted us a price of approximately $1,900.00 all in, taxes, everything, using dealer supplied parts and assured us they could get the parts and do the necessary repairs within our time restriction. However, the first thing he wanted to do was a diagnostic to be sure the clutch was the issue. The vehicle was dropped off after 8:00 p.m. on a Friday. First thing Saturday morning they did a diagnostic and determined we did not need a new clutch. The problem was a leaking sleeve cylinder. Gene immediately ordered a new sleeve cylinder and they began the repairs that day. We added a much needed set of four tires to the work order and Monday morning we added an oil change as well. Monday afternoon, about 2:30 p.m., Gene telephoned us to say the work was all done and our vehicle was ready. They even sent a car to pick us up and we felt very special as our driver was the owner of Premier Auto Service Center. Our total bill for everything, sleeve cylinder, tires, alignment, and oil change, was just over $1,800. Thanks to Premier Auto Service Center, not only did we get the clutch issue repaired, we have a new set of four Cooper three season tires, an alignment and an oil change for approximately $1,200 less than the other garage's diagnosis of a new clutch, etc. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Premier Auto Service Center. The mechanic who worked on our vehicle stayed late on Saturday so they could be sure our vehicle was ready as promised. Wonderful honest people who do what they say.
