The Premier Auto Service Center team wants to make sure you take time to take care of your tires. It is easy to forget about your tires when you think of other systems in your vehicle, such as your braking system or your transmission system. However, your tires are one of the most critical components of your vehicle. Tires that aren’t properly maintained are partially responsible for 11,000 crashes each year. These crashes, most likely, could have easily been prevented with basic tire care. Basic tire care starts with proper tire pressure. If your tire is overinflated, it will become stiff, rigid, and won’t have as good as traction, which in turn, could put your tire in danger when encountering potholes or other debris on the road.
