Chad and Gene were awesome! I had an emergency with my car and they were the only shop nearby that were willing to take me right away. They’re partners with Carmax’s warranty program which was an incredible help! They’ve earned my business for good!

Went there yesterday to repair a tire that had a slow leak from a carpenter nail that was still imbedded... My tires are a little over one year old. After making an appointment and showing up a few minutes early for it, they took someone else before me, made me wait another hour and ultimately told me they could not make the repair. They said the nail was too close to the sidewall of the tire (it was approx 3.5" in from the edge), and not only would I need a whole new tire, they said I needed four of them, and added that I also needed an oil change (which I never asked them to check for)... The whole thing would come to more than $600 had I said yes... I DID NOT! (even the tire patch would have cost $29 or more according to what they told me). They never took the tire off, just put it up on the lift and looked at it... I left, took the car and tire to Cape Auto & Tire on Pine Island Road, who fixed the tire in 10 minutes, and only charged $15 out the door! They did NOT try to upsell me any other services! I WILL NOT REFER ANYBODY TO THIS UNSCRUPULOUS MERCHANT.

I recently ran out of warranty on my car at 30,000 miles; at 32,000 miles I noted red fluid leaking and saw a big bill coming my way. I went to have my car looked at and the gentlemen at Premier Auto Service Center in Cape Coral not only identified the leak very quickly but also found out that warranty for this particular problem goes up to 36,000 miles; they even got in contact with the dealership and were able to verify this fact. A big thank you for that - but I want to give them praise and an even greater thank you for being honest. All warranty information I was able to dig up said 30,000 miles and if they had fixed my car and presented me with a bill, that was about as high as I had initially feared it would be, I had paid without hesitation, but they were honest enough to tell me to get my car to the dealership so I can get it fixed for free. Not everybody would have gone the extra mile and investigate on my behalf, not everybody would have been honest, and not everybody would have given up the opportunity to make money and help a customer out in such an exemplary way. This is a great example of excellent workmanship and running a business with integrity and honesty – again, my sincerest thank you to you guys, you rock!

Premier auto is by far the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. I have gone there to have work done on two separate occasions for my Jeep Liberty and each time the service was amazing. The staff is very friendly and always gives you the best price possible. They tell you about discounts and coupons that can be used and it really helps. They tell you everything that needs to be done and exactly how much it will be. I’ve tried two different mechanic shops before this one and I was not pleased but with premier auto I know I can trust them and I recommend them to everyone needing a small fix or a big repair.

Not my place, got twice the feeling some failures where manipulated f.i. a/c leak. After oil change my a/c has leaked, them offering special discount days for a/c repairs.

Premier Auto is the most professional auto service center I have ever dealt with. Their appointment system was right on schedule. A quick diagnostic revealed the problem. And the repair was made within the time estimated. Reasonable prices with veteran discount.
