People that work there have good intentions and service but charge way to much. I’ve had them change my mothers head lights told them both light bulbs needed replacing and they only done one, charged $50 plus for it. They told my mother I Never said to do both when I did as well as had purchased the light bulbs from auto zone left them in the middle console let the cashier know he repeated it back to me. Also have taken my daughters Mercedes to have her ac checked I paid for a full diagnostic on it paid for service asked them to see and tell me why the car smelled burnt when running. They gave me the car back saying the fixed problems a/c was fine but burnt smell was still happening and they never mentioned anything about why. I believe all they did was a simple recharge to my ac and charged over $100.

Very nice and professional. Price for an oil change cant be beat. Will definitely be returning.

The manager Gene went above and beyond to help me out. He runs an honest shop and could have easily stuck me with a large bill but he's just not that type. He also went in early on a monents notice during a weekend holiday to do a thorough inspection on a used car I had just purchased knowing I had a long road trip ahead of me. I'll be a customer for life!

All of my experiences at premier have been more than positive. The people who work there are professional courteous helpful and friendly all at the same time. I have great difficulty walking and they never fail to help me. No asking needed! Oh and the car repairs are excellent no returns.

I have carmax insurance. My battery died and I needed help asap. Carmax was booked out so Premier got me in that day (they work with Carmax insurance) and very quickly out with a new Napa battery and warrenty. They also have a free shuttle. The employees were professional and kind. Fun and easy to chit chat with. Thank you Premier. Clean facility also.

The entire crew at Premier Auto is top notch! I won't take my Genesis anywhere else when maintenance or repairs are needed.

We are part time residents of Cape Harbour. I have always admired how neat and professional Premier keeps their building and grounds. When I drive by I thought to myself that if I ever needed auto repair I would stop there. first The place is run professionally, the people are very nice, and the price for the work is fair, communication is excellent and the work is excellent. I will be taking all of my auto repair and tire needs to Premier and recommending them to my friends and neighbors. They also operate a shuttle service for customers.
