10/9/20 To the staff of Premier Auto Service Center: SW Florida. We thank you for your fast and exceptional work. One to personally note: is Mr. Jean. Mr. Jean personally went above and beyond in aiding us. Mr. Jean drove us personally from location to location: while we tried to find a rental vehicle. We were unsuccessful, and we believed that we: would not have any form of transportation: for “five days.” However, Mr. Jean got our vehicle to us the next day. In Conclusion We are very thankful for the outstanding service: and the performance of Mr. Jean. Sincerely The Bello family

What a pleasant surprise to bring my car to a great Auto Service Center in Cape Coral. The staff (Chad, Marissa) & management (Gene) were very helpful in solving the problem with my car's front end. Their customer service was outstanding, the facility was clean and Covid compliant, the mechanic was friendly and knowledgable. They saved me money and I highly recommend this facility....5 STARS !!

My wife and I were in town for vacation from New Orleans and we had car issues. Mr Gene really took care of us and our 2007 Honda Element. We had an issue with the VVT valve. Premier Auto replaced the valve along with suggesting a new battery. We've been home for 2 weeks and everything is spectacular. All their work is guaranteed by a 3-year 36,000 mi NAPA parts warranty

Vehicle was towed to Premier Auto from another repair garage. Marisa, Gene & Chad were very friendly and understanding with my situation. They contacted me when the vehicle arrived at their facility, and explained the suspected time frame to diagnose, which the shop was booking appointments out a week. The shop had a cancellation and they were able bring it inside much sooner to proceed with diagnosing the situation.. I was informed of the problem, the price and that the part had to be located and shipped to the shop, communication was excellent every step of the way. I even was able to utilize their shuttle service to pick up my vehicle! Thank you for fixing my vehicle in a wicked timely fashion.... where others could not! Awesome customer service!
