I would like to thank the staff at Premier Auto Service for an outstanding job on my 2002 Escalade. I found them to be a very honest business I new what I was going to charged before I left there I was given an estimate high and low and when I went to pick up my Truck the next day to my surprise the charge was the lower of the two estimates given. As a local resident in the SW Cape I was thrilled to find a competent service center to attend to my BMW 330ci convertible. I was very pleased with their pleasant customer service and their attention to what my vehicle needed. They did an oil change, a wheel alignment and replaced two tires. I checked tire prices online and Premier were in fact cheaper. This will definitely be my "go-to" auto service center from now on. Thanks Premier!

Scam! I told them what was wrong and they charged me to "diagnosis" issue! Oil change came with over $1,500.00 recommended services.

I have read your review and yes you did tell us you had a light on, In order to correctly tell you what is needed to repair your vehicle and make the light go out we need to properly diagnose the problem. My service adviser only charged you $34.00 instead of the $57 plus that we normally charge because our technician diagnosed it fairly quickly. You agreed to the diagnostics before we even began. We ABSOLUTELY did let you know that your vehicle had needed maintenance and at no time were you pressured to do any of it. It is our job to inform you our customer of needed repairs or maintenance that your car needs for your own safety and to help you keep your vehicle running properly and hopefully preventing more expensive repairs. Been going here for a few years now and will always go here. They are friendly and honest and will show you what is wrong if you don't understand. I no longer question what Barb tells me because she has earned my trust. If your looking for a great place to go then look no further. If your just looking for the cheapest and don't care about quality and warranty then go somewhere else. I might save 5.00 down the road but it could cost me way more later.
