Premier Auto Rocks!! Brought my car in for service and they look it over and let you know what is going to be coming up for service. Had a small leak and they called the dealer for me and yes it was a warranty repair so I'm getting it fixed for free. I had no clue it would be covered from the dealer and they didn't have to tell me. Will go here forever.

Great, hope it all worked out

I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful people at Premiere. I brought my Honda in today for service and thank goodness I did. While I was there, the mechanic went to pull it into the garage and the battery completely died!!! They took care of everything and were so friendly about it. Oil change, tire rotation and fluids topped off! And to make my day even better, they ran my car through the car wash.

I came last week in the morning around 10 for just an oil change and there was nobody at the reception desk. I waited about 5 minutes and a mechanic walked in and told me "someone will be with you shortly". Fifteen minutes later I was STILL waiting for someone to come to the desk. I got tired of waiting and just went somewhere else with an ACTUAL PERSON at the reception who arranged great service and got out in just half an hour. I won't say the name of the place I went to avoid suspicion of just being an employee for that place making a story. All I want to say is that I won't come back ever again.

I took my '04 Lincoln Navigator in for an estimate since the air suspension was tipping in the front on occasion. When we were quoted for a price of $2400.00 to fix, we asked for an explanation and were told that they couldn't find the parts so only way to fix was to switch from air suspension to non-air suspension, citing that if they replaced the front sensors - then they would have to replace the rear sensors as well as the compressor (which doesn't make sense if they're converting to non-air suspension... Mind you - we have a switch in the back (factory installed) that we could just turn off the air suspension. We didn't even go into that, because the quote that they gave us included an Oil Change, new hydraulic raisers for the hood, new struts, and a laundry list of other things we didn't ask for or about when we dropped the vehicle off. This place is apparently price-gouging. I asked for a list of parts that we need or that they couldn't find and they clammed up/backpeddled. I read the other reviews prior to going here and I didn't believe the bad ones.. now I'm a believer. Don't waste your time unless you have money to burn at this place.

I have read your review and as I suspected you did not understand what we were trying to explain to you so I will try again. Your vehicle has what is call Air Suspension in the front and rear. The suspension has air shocks all around and the fronts are leaking Air as the airbags have holes in them. The rear air suspension is starting to leak as well just not as bad as the front. There are no sensors involved and I'm confused as to why you kept asking us to just replace the sensors. The rear air suspension has been discontinued on your vehicle and the front air suspension would cost you about $1200.00 per side for the parts( OEM Parts with a 2 year warranty nationwide) plus the labor to install and then if the air compressor did not work properly as it is struggling then that would also have to be replaced. Yes we could not help but notice that the hood supports were no good as the hood almost hit the technician on the head when it started to come down on it's own and yes they noticed while driving your vehicle into the bays that your oil sticker said you were due for an oil service. ( I'm glad they are paying attention) We reccomended that we convert your air suspension over to non-air in order to save you a bunch of money and because the rear is discontinued. Converting your system plus doing the hood supports and your oil service would have cost you less then just replacing the front air shocks and taking a chance on the compressor. If you were having a hard time understanding our explanation we would have been more than happy to have shown you how your system works. Turning off your suspension is only a temporary fix, the air bags are going to continue to leak. Thank you.

What great experiences I keep having at Premier Auto. I guess it's time I give them a good review having been a patron there for more than a year now. Initially, I came to Premier by word-of-mouth. Not expecting anything different from the other auto shops I have visited I was surprised by their customer service and excellent care for my car. My first visit was for your routine oil change. While I typically go to locations which try and sell me additional, unnecessary products and services, I was happy to know this was not the case with Premier. While they do look over my car when I bring it in for oil changes and alert me of maintenance that needs to be done, they do this in a pleasant, non-pressuring manner. Additionally, their prices are low and I get coupons and deals in the mail. Furthermore, I periodically receive courtesy customer care calls that make me feel like Premier cares about my experience and my car's health. Great job Premier family! Keep up the excellent work :)

Premier Auto is the place to go for an independent shop. I am a Service Director, and used to live in Cape Coral. People will still call me for a reputable shop. I used to work with the Service Manager there, John, so I send people his way. Just as when I worked with him years ago, he takes excellent care of his guests. He gives honest advise, quality service, and a fair price. I have yet to have a referral tell me otherwise. It is VERY rare I suggest anyone other than a dealership for repairs. But John and the entire crew at Premier is the place to go if the dealership isn't for you. Great job guys, and keep up the good work!

Absolutely spectacular service on both of our cars. Premier Auto has been honest, and provided reliable service to us with each interaction with them. Highly recommended!

Very nice people. However, like any business they are out to make money. I was brought back a list of things that ahem "need to be done on my car." One of them was obviously BS! They said that I needed an alignment done. Little did they know, I had an alignment done done two weeks ago. I called them out on it and they backtracked to saying that they could tell by my tires, even though my tires were replaced 5000 miles ago. They didn't actually check to see if I needed an alignment; they simply just assumed. And they also said that my timing belt needs to be changed. When I asked them why, they said it's because they couldn't find a sticker saying when it was last done. It's not as if they looked at the belt and said oh yeah this needs to be changed; they simply assumed. I didn't have a diagnosis done, but a place should not be claiming that you need expensive work done unless they are actually positive that you need it. Bottom line, this place may try to sell you services that your car simply does not need. I might come back, but I'm not sure if I really trust them.

If anyone ever needs an honest, trustworthy foreign car repair shop, I recommend you give Tim at Premier Auto a call. My car was about to be serviced at a Mercedes authorized dealer, when Susan McNamara suggested I give Tim a call. They not only beat the estimate by $1,000, but now I was able to have a few other items repaired, and purchased 2 new tires with balancing. Oh, last but not least, the complimentary Free Car Wash Certificate was an added bonus. All I can say is AWESOME!
