BEWARE BEWARE! Priciest oil change I’ve ever had... even more than the dealership. The “#2 premier option I chose and was OK with the $59.99 middle of the road option oil change. (meaning not the top of the line and it was still $59.99) I didn’t complain. Additional $26.00 for the repair of a slow air leak in my tire. So then the phone call that you always get that comes with the car inspection... “you’ll need $1076 Of additional work done to your car... yes that’s right one thousand seventy six dollars!! I said no thanks. He said you really need this air filter-I said how much and he said $19.83... I said ok... go ahead... When I came to pick up my car the man at the counter, Gene was holding another filter and a car part... he said to me you really need this filter... I saw the metal part and realized it was a real car part. I said “Is that from my car?” Gene said No, and THEN I got angry. I got angry because it was then OBVIOUS this was all upselling and gimmicks... why else would you keep spare metal parts for show from other cars... with a mad look I realized I went in for the $24.95 oil change coupon I had, agreed to the &59.99 and walked out $118.86 later GOOD LUCK - BE CAREFUL- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

We always set aside extra parts here at the shop so we can educate our customers on what a part should and shouldn't look like. This helps our customers understand what a bad air filter, in your case looks like. The owner did try to explain to you why having a clean air filter is important and that it can actually pose a safety issue when you're breathing all that in. I would give negative stars if that was an option. Stay the heck away from this place if you don't want more problems than you came in with

Very friendly, and helpful. Came in for just a headlight change and thankfully they took the time to show me that my tire was about to blow. Was able to get it fixed that day!

Not happy at all..after being a client for thousands of $$$ on 3 different vehicles I tried to drop an auto off for an oil change and service I was very rudely told by a very unpleasant front desk lady that if I didn't have an appointment I needed to tale my car and leave. I asked if I could leave the vehicle to be serviced when they had a chance and was told, again rudely, no as there is no place to park the car. Upon leaving I did notice there were 10 or so open parking spots behind the building. I guess it's nice to be so busy that you can act the way she does throwing business away...so unprofessional when there so many places to get service with a smile...a great Chevy spot at Santa Barbara and pine island... cheaper too!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

When you came in, our parking lot was completely packed, we were understaffed because we had two technicians call in sick, and we were having to reschedule appointments because of how busy we have been. It's tough to squeeze you in when you did not call to make an appointment when we have other customers ahead of you who did. It is always best to call ahead of time so we can prepare and make sure we set aside time for that appointment.
