The staff was very nice, honest and knowledgeable. I brought my vehicle in after another shop “fixed” my car. Premier had me bring it back to the original place to fix what was not fixed properly. They did not charge me, they were very honest. They could have lied and made money off me but they didn’t. I am very happy with their shop.

Need more accessible services. You will need to make an appointment to repair a tire. Really? I think that kind of stuff needs attention ASAP. Besides the ladie over the phone was so rude. She did not even bother to ask what was the problem I was having. Thank you.

I brought my 2007 Chevy Silverado into Premier to have the from end looked at. I just returned from a long trip back home in it and started noticing something in the steering and ride. Barbara was very good and knowledgeable and her customer service was very good. They repaired my front end and was very reasonably priced. They even had a problem with their alignment machine while working on my truck. They called me right away and let me know their issue and that would have it fixed right away. This really impressed me cause they were concerned that they wouldn’t be able to return my truck to me at the time they promised. To me that showed how important honesty and customer service is to them. My truck is my baby!! I’ve put a lot of money into her getting her back into shape and I know that my truck is just as important to them as she is to me!! Thanks guys!!! Lucy, ( my truck) and I wil definitely be back!!!
