You allways feel ripped of. You never get the prices of the coupons they sent you. While waiting for my cars 60.000 miles oil change I got told: the mechanic looked at my car and suggest to change the air filter and the cabin air filter. BUT my air filter is a KN Sport air filter which needs no replacement just a cleaning all 50.000 miles. ( Which was done at 50 so it was perfect clean) and my cabin air filter was replaced by myself 1 week before. ==> Answer to your response: Yes you marked on the inspection sheet that it is an aftermarket filter. But you did that AFTER I told you that it is an KN and this was AFTER you suggested to replace it ( without any reason ) About the coupon: I have 2 cars listed in your shop. Both with 5.7 Hemi Engines. Why do you send me then coupons where you see the price for a Oil Change in big red Letters and in the small print you have to read then its for a car you don't have?

Hello, Mirko. We are sorry to hear that you felt you had a negative experience with us. When you came in 4 months ago, our technician marked right on your inspection sheet that your air filter is an 'after market air filter', which we don't touch. We do not work with after market air filters at the shop such as KNNs, so there would be no reason why we would suggest you change it. We honor any coupon that comes in if it is not expired and is for the correct vehicle or service. When you brought in your coupon for 10% off, it was for a Toyota and you have a Chrysler 300. **Mirko, if you are continuing to have problems 4 months after your last visit and would like to talk about this further, please just call us at the shop. We do not want to attempt to discuss this online in our reviews. Thank you.
