Whatever you do not take your car to this place they are extremely over priced for simple repairs, just the diagnose will cost you 188 and they will take over 3 hours just to see what's wrong with your car that has a simple problem that can be fixed by any othet shop for half the cost including parts. They are not caring if you are stranded and will not negotiate prices either. I regret ever coming to this place everytime I pass their shop it infuriates me how they get away with taking advantage of people. Please do not waste your time and money coming here.

When you had your car towed to us, we did our inspection and looked up the appropriate pricing for what was wrong with your master brake cylinder. After speaking with you about it extensively, we understood that this was a matter of pricing for you, so we did not charge you anything, including the diagnostic fee. Something went wrong with this place. I previously had great service with Premier but something changed and not in a good way. I brought my car in for service and they had the wrong time scheduled, they said I needed some work on the front end and quoted me a price and I said Ok. They told me to bring back the car back in a few days and I did. They called me back and they told me it would be a much bigger job and the cost would be $1,200 more than they quoted. How does that happen? I took the car and will never go back

The ones we needed were on national back order and unfortunately the alternative parts at the dealership come with a higher price. Great service. Honest, reliable and knowledgeable. We have been taking our vehicles here since 2012 for oil changes. We recently had an oil filter installed. The workers and staff are polite and considerate, we would highly recommend premier auto and Chiquita Boulevard.

Professional approach to servicing my vehicle . Comprehensive look at all vehicle systems. Would like to have offered to see the West condition of the parts replaced.

Been dealing with Premier Auto and wouldn’t never consider any other for 7 years. Customer service is great and repairs are done on time on a scale of 1 to 10 10 being greatest. premier is 11

Premier Auto, on Christmas Eve with very little notice, allowed me to come right to their shop to repair my flat tire. Pricing and service is excellent. I will definitely go back for my other auto needs as well.
