This place charged me $347 for a $70 part. The heat shield on my car came loose, so I brought it in for a replacement. The service advisor astonished me by charging a $347 deposit for a "special order part." The heat shield is just a piece of formed metal, no moving parts, nothing too complicated! I went home and looked it up on the manufacturer site - sure enough, it was well under $100. I printed the listing, and the next day I confronted the service advisor with the printout. He said I had the wrong part but wouldn't tell me the part# he ordered and installed. I had no choice but to let them do the work. (See the receipt) When I returned up North, I brought the car to my local mechanic and asked him to check the part# and price. Sure enough, he could order the same part for a little over $70. A brazen rip-off. (2 stars because the work was properly done) Buyer beware!

Sorry we couldn’t do better on the pricing , since it was from the dealer. We can’t control their pricing. Glad you made it home safely.

WARNING, CAUTION. Went in to get an assessment for an engine light. They gave me 4 pages of repairs that were urgent. Was told need a new engine, oil pressure is trashed etc. Went for 2nd opinion at my actual dealership and was told it was just a sensor. My engine is great. Thank goodness. Be aware of businesses like these.
