Carlos's at Premier Auto Service Center of SW Florida was of the most professional and friendliest mechanics I have ever met. He treated me as if I was his own daughter. I left all four of my car windows open in a severe thunderstorm for an hour. Needless to say, I blew out the whole computer system in my car. I had no air-conditioning, GPS, defroster and etc... I had to drive back up north 1,300 miles within days. It only took him a few hour's to find the problem. I also asked him to look over my car for any additional problems because of the long drive back. He got back to me that day, and the very next day, he had my car fixed and safe to drive back. Everything ran excellent on the ride back! Upon my arrival back home I decided to take my car to my mechanic. My mechanic said my car was in excellent condition and that Carlos did an amazing job. I can't thank Carlos and Premier Auto Service enough for making my trip back home safe and sound. I highly recommend Premier Auto Service of SW Florida and especially Carlos to anyone who is in need of service, or stranded as I was.😊

Very satisfied with Premier Auto Service Center came to my aid when I needed it most just before closing time damaged a tire on some heavy metal that cut up my front tire and made my day.The metal piece was left in the middle of the road.

So I had a very unusual experience here today. After bringing my car in for inspection at Val Ward Cadillac they told me I needed new struts all the way around. That was five months ago. The other day I called and they wanted over $5200 to replace the struts do a wheel alignment and change your oil. So I decided to call Premier auto service. I got a price for $4200 for the same job. After they inspected my car, they inform me that my struts did not need to be changed that there was nothing wrong with them. Although I did have some other areas of interest that needed to be taken care of instead. That actually added up to around the same dollar amount. So I had them perform the work. My recommendation would be to always double check your work with another shop. For your information I do realize that the Cadillac deal would be more money. So I knew that they would be using GM parts and their labor was is higher, that’s why the prices were lower at Premier. But, being told by the Cadillac dealership mechanic that I needed to replace the struts is not doing good business. I will not be doing business there for any work in the future. I will be going to Premier auto service center from now on for future work needed performed on my vehicle.
