Dealt with Chad first who was very helpful and efficient and friendly over the phone. They kept in contact throughout the repairs, detailing different options and pricing and timeframe. Car was fixed and ready even earlier than they had originally estimated. Was given a detailed summary/inspection of exactly what was done and what needs to be done in the future. The car is running great. Pricing seems high everywhere nowadays but they seem to be right in line with what others are charging and they have better customer service than other places we’ve been to in the area. We will be using them again in the future.

Brought the car in for a repair estimate and they professional and honest. Unfortunately the car was not worth fixing.

I always bring my car here, this time had a lot of lights lit, abs, brake, engine lights, did a diagnostic, it was some kind of module had to order the part and program it also needed back brakes, hopefully this is it for awhile, it's a 2012 chrysler with only 51000 miles on it I don't drive it that much but gotta say my go to guy Randy is the best. Explains everything and very patient .won't have nobody else. Thanks Randy

My Chevy Silverado 2500hd had AC problems, so I bought it to Premier Auto to get a diagnostic test done. They preformed the AC testing and said my entire AC system was bad, a new AC MOTOR and Condenser. The total cost with Parts and Labor was $2,000 dollars. Several weeks later I took my Chevy Silverado to different Auto Repair Shop, had the same AC test done and the service provider Only found the Refrigerant was Low and a Leak from a Bad Seal. They added more Refrigerant and replaced the Defective Seal. The he AC was pressurized and tested without any problems. The Cost of Repair was $440.00 Dollars verse's what Premier Auto quoted $2,000 Dollars. WHAT A DIFFERENCE,,, DOSE ANYONE SEE A PROBLEM WITH THAT!!!!!!!!
