Could not be happier with service received Had a screw in tire that could not be plugged yet had replacement tire installed in a few hours Bravo!!

Being a retired mechanic from Indiana, vacationing in Florida, I found myself stranded with a shredded serpentine belt. AAA recommend Premier. They not only got me in and out in GREAT time but also ,in my opinion, did quality work. Thank you Premier..

This place charged me $347 for a $70 part. The heat shield on my car came loose, so I brought it in for a replacement. The service advisor astonished me by charging a $347 deposit for a "special order part." The heat shield is just a piece of formed metal, no moving parts, nothing too complicated! I went home and looked it up on the manufacturer site - sure enough, it was well under $100. I printed the listing, and the next day I confronted the service advisor with the printout. He said I had the wrong part but wouldn't tell me the part# he ordered and installed. I had no choice but to let them do the work. (See the receipt) When I returned up North, I brought the car to my local mechanic and asked him to check the part# and price. Sure enough, he could order the same part for a little over $70. A brazen rip-off. (2 stars because the work was properly done) Buyer beware!

Sorry we couldn’t do better on the pricing , since it was from the dealer. We can’t control their pricing. Glad you made it home safely.
