Wow, what a great experience. I was on vacation , 1200 miles from home in Pennsylvania and ready to be raked over the coals for serious repairs. My 2004 GMC had serious issues . Called on a Monday morning Feb 22nd and they had my truck in and gave me an estimate within hours. I was able to Pick truck up Tuesday morning .To make a long story short they replaced my rear brake shoes, rotors and caliper and bracket. Also had them look at noise in front , happened to be the wheel bearing and hub . . All repairs were completed promptly with NAPA parts which included a three year warranty on labor and parts. The cost although not inexpensive was very fair and I found out later much less than my hometown garage would have charged. Want to thank Gene, Chad, and Marisa and the rest of the team for saving my vacation . I would recommend Premier for any and all type of repairs or service. Thanks again Vacationer in distress!

The personnel are great and helpful. I appreciated the shuttle service. Gene was very concerned with my suspension issue. I even had a mechanic ride along so I could point out my issue. After closer inspection, the problem turned out to be more than a wheel alignment, I needed a new rack and pinion because the bushings were worn. It seems they went the extra mile and turned my rotors to eliminate pulsing steering. After a few discounts and the 3 year parts and labor warranty honored anywhere in the USA pending a phone call.
