Good service nice people

This was first visit to Premiere Auto, and I was so impressed with my entire experience. They dress like a team, interact like a team and speak to each customer in the same very professional manner, with a smile no doubt! The building and work areas are exceptionally clean. The exterior grounds are very well maintained, all signs of people that care about customer first impressions. My car was taken in immediately when I arrived for my 8:00am appointment, and Gene was kind enough to give me a ride to my local workplace and picked me up when Merissa called to let me know my car was ready. Merissa and Chad were awesome and a pleasure to deal with. And that, my friends, all adds up to 5-star service. You have earned my business. Chris

Great professional service!!

I’ve use Premier Auto on multiple occasions and will not take my to any other center. I just had them repair the cooling system on a BMW, so rest assure it was a third of the cost that the dealer would have charged me. I purchased new tires and alignment for the same car over two years ago and saved money there as well. I dropped the car off there last week and while I was waiting for my wife to pick me up (FYI they offered a shuttle) I listened to three other clients come in to pick up their car. I told my my wife this on the way home, it sounded like I was in “Cheers” but an auto shop vs a bar. It was all first name basis and sounded like they were picking their car up from a family member, I’m not kidding. Please understand I’m not bragging, but I own some nice cars and it’s very hard for me to trust anybody working on my cars but I’m very comfortable with Premier and hope you’ll have same experience. I usually won’t take the time to post reviews but I’ve used them multiple times and I’m not exaggerating my comments above, so they’ve earned this review. Thank you to their whole staff!
