Went in with what I thought was an oil leak but turned out to be a transmission leak. Premier Auto said the new transmission was on back order for my model vehicle, they were able to get a newer used and rebuild my transmission and get me back on the road in less than a week over a holiday weekend. It’s been 3 weeks and my car is still running amazing. Very professional and very accommodating we will definitely go back and give them our business.

They couldn’t help me with my specific issue but still took a fair amount of time giving me advice and making recommendations. Clearly one of a shrinking number of businesses that understands customer service. When I have an issue they can help with I know where I’ll be going.
