The worst, they speak of being experts and it kept costing me more and more money because they did not know what they were doing. Eventually had to bring it back to Acura and it cost me even more. The tech said after the second visit, please keep an eye on it and lmk if there is anything else. If he would have fixed it right in the first place it would not have costed me more time and money.

We are sorry you had more issues with your Acura, Lou. We do have a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty on our repairs. Since we have not seen your Acura since October 2021, we are confused by your poor review. If the compressor or evaporator core that we replaced back in 2021 were the items the dealer replaced, then yes we would have saved you some money because they would have been covered with the warranty we offer. We hope we are able to earn your trust in the future.

You can see the tire being repaired from the waiting room, great work. The workshop is recommended. I'm going there again. (Original) Sehr freundliches Personal, alle kennen sich gut aus. Beratung und Preise werden eingehalten. Hatte eine Schraube im Reifen. Hat ca 35 Dollar gekostet. Man sieht vom Warteraum aus wie der Reifen repariert wird, super Arbeit. Die Werkstatt ist zu empfehlen. Ich gehe da wieder hin.

Crooks!!!!!

We are sorry you feel this way, DB. Your wife came in with a CarMax warranty that got approved for several items, and we ordered some of the parts from the dealer. We gave the dealer the VIN for the vehicle, and they ordered the wrong part. We only noticed the wrong part when we took out the one we needed to replace. We called the dealer about the wrong part, and they said they had the wrong VIN. Once the dealer had the correct VIN, the dealer found out the part we needed is on national backorder. When we started to work on the other items, we noticed that the vehicle had a lot of sludge when the valve cover was taken off, and for us to continue, we needed to call your wife and the warranty company. She came to pick up the vehicle Thursday and was not upset but just wanted to understand what she could do to fix the vehicle. Because of the national back order from the dealer, she didn’t have many options. For the other issue, she was better off taking the vehicle to CarMax to see what they could do for her. We strive to provide a positive and stress-free auto repair experience for our clients. We apologize for the circumstances, but as you can see, a lot of the problems that arose were out of our control. We just wish we had a better solution for her, and hope we can earn your trust in the future. Wishing you and your family a safe and happy new year.
